In 2016 we are excited to continue supporting many of the same organizations. We also work to create new opportunities through increased involvement with the Boy’s and Girls Club of Metro Denver, Denver Metro YMCA, Volunteers of America and Flobots.org. We have focused on youth based Non-Profit’s due to the amazing impact they normally have on our community.

A message from Jim White (Director of Community Affairs for Volunteers of America):
I cannot thank all of you enough for the hundreds of toys you gave us! Without getting too biblical abut the whole thing, it really was a fishes and loaves kind of arrangement. Due to the nice weather and all of the school systems being closed we had more children come to see Santa than ever before (at least in my 30+ years!) We went through 3 Santas (I had the first shift 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) and had well over 2,500 children. Ask any of the folks that brought the toys up, the line around the building was insane. Just about the time we would start to run low on presents, someone would walk in from Lotus with another load of toys! They were dropped off, volunteers wrapped them up and Santa gave them out. Believe it or not, we hit the end of the line and pretty much the end of the toys (other than some stuffed toys for 1-2 year olds) at 4:45 p.m. We could NOT of done it without your help. You made hundreds of less fortunate children very, very happy! I hope all of you have good health in 2014 and that the year brings you the kind of joy you brought to so many others.
